Saturday Outdoor runstrong plus: 7:00 am - 8:30 am - $27

This isn’t your average workout.

If you’re gearing up for a Spartan, Tough Mudder, Ultra trail, or just looking to break free from the same old fitness grind and boost your current training, RunStrong+ is where you belong.

Here, we combine running (3k to 8k in a session), obstacles, and raw strength elements like sleds, yokes, and farmers’ carries to craft a session that’s equal parts grit and growth. This session is not just about fitness—it’s about forging skills and resilience that’ll serve you in life, on race day and beyond.

Whether you’re chasing a podium or just pushing your limits in the fresh air, this is the session that gets you stronger, faster, and tougher—on and off the course.

Farm Gym Indoor Session Outlines:

FARM STRONG SESSIONS - 60 mins

Our 60-minute Farm Strong group sessions build foundational skills, balance, and strengthen the body while developing mental resilience in an epic environment. You will learn how to move load safely, and effectively build a strong foundation that will see you achieving the challenges you set out to conquer in life.

“Be strong to be useful” if you’re here on this planet to contribute, let’s start with a solid foundation of strength so that you can do more.

RABBIT HOLE - 60 mins

This workout is a special Friday tradition here at The Farm Gym. Our Rabbit Hole workouts are aimed at building strength and resilience for the individual as a part of a team.

Like game day for sports, these sessions aim to give you a platform to see what you can achieve physically and how far you can push mentally.

These sessions have stemmed from the creative programming experiences that Coach Luke had while working for the American Survivor TV series building and programming challenges for the contestants all while being based on improving you strength and endurance.

KIDS ZONE - AVAILABLE FOR ALL SESSIONS - Apart from Wednesday 5 pm

A time when you can bring your young children to the gym and train. Kids Zone is a small space for young children to watch and learn from their parents. Be the leader in their eyes. Kids zone is a parent-supervised area near where you train so if you need to attend to your little ones because they need cuddles, are hungry, or need to go to the toilet, you can look after them and then jump back into your session. If you wish to bring snacks please only pack fruit, veggies, or protein for them to eat here at the gym.

CRECHE - Available Saturdays - $5 per child for members only.
