    We’ll give you a 1-on-1 Foundations Masterclass  – A private 90-minute session with a coach to set you up for success.

    Here you'll Learn the Fundamentals of how we approach – Strength, Endurance, Lifting techniques and how the sessions work so you'll never feel out of place, lost or left behind.

    We’ll kit you out with a Farm Gym training Shirt – So you can walk in feeling like a connected part of the team from day one.

    Once you've completed your Foundations Masterclass, you’ll transition seamlessly into our structured training program.

    Every session is designed to push you forward, redefine your limits, and ensure you're building strength, capacity and capabilities that will last you for life.

    🔹 Strength & Conditioning - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday AM / PM

    🔹 RunStrong Collective - Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

    🔹 Functional Fitness - Wednesday AM

    🔹Rabbit Hole Challenge - Friday AM v PM

    🔹 Longevity - Friday AM / PM

    Now that you understand how we train, it’s time to commit.

    Our membership options are designed for those who want to show up, train smart, and work hard in an environment that goes beyond the definition of a gym.

    We believe in clarity and commitment - Our memberships are designed to fit your goals, whether you want higher focus and accountability with Personal Training or are ready to join the Unlimited Harvest Experience.

    Personal Training: 1 - 3 sessions per week Hybrid: 1 PT session + Unlimited Group sessions
    Harvest Membership: Full access to all Indoor and Outdoor sessions
    RunStrong Collective: Outdoor running, Obstacle, and Strength sessions.
